Position Overview:

We’re seeking a reliable Part-Time Marketing & Community Management Assistant to help manage our online coaching programs and community, run social media and email marketing, schedule podcast guests, and support marketing campaigns from idea to launch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage our online community of students and coaching clients, including responding to questions, posting updates, and fostering connections.

  • Assist in organizing and delivering online coaching courses (upload content, manage modules, answer client questions).

  • Draft, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Assist with outreach and scheduling for podcast guests and coaching sessions.

  • Support client communications and light follow-up as needed.

  • Build and update email newsletters and subscriber lists.

  • Support cold email prospecting efforts for new leads.

  • Help plan and coordinate marketing campaign launches.

  • Bonus: Assist with setting up funnels and paid ad campaigns, if experienced.

  • Keep tasks organized and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, online community management, or managing online coaching courses.

  • Experience engaging communities of students, coaching clients, or online learners.

  • Familiarity with course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Experience with email marketing (Substack, ConvertKit, and similar).

  • Bonus: Experience with sales funnels, paid ads, and cold email prospecting.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Hours & Pay:

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week.

  • Hourly rate: $20–$35/hour, based on experience and skillset.

  • Flexible schedule with occasional meetings or check-ins.
